USA: Trump responded to the subpoena for the invasion of the Capitol … proud of the number of his followers!

All nine members of the committee (seven Democrats and two Republicans) voted to subpoena Trump to testify under oath about what happened on January 6, 2021.

A day after US lawmakers investigating the January 6, 2021 Capitol invasion they voted unanimously to summon him former US president donald trump, he responded with an aggressive letter bragging about the… size of the crowd that heard him near the White House just before the mob broke in(!)

All nine members of the bipartisan panel (seven Democrats and two Republicans) voted to subpoena Trump to testify under oath and provide evidence about what happened on January 6, 2021.

In his letter, Trump does not mention the subpoena, instead blasting the committee, saying he is writing “to express anger, frustration and grievance over all the hundreds of millions of dollars that have been spent on what many believe to be it’s a witch hunt.” He also attacked the commission for not investigating “electoral fraud”.

Referring to the size of the number of his followers in the letter, the former president also quoted… photos for the sake of the truth, while in the first line of his letter he writes in capital letters: “THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION OF 2020 WAS RIGGED AND STOLEN!”.

The former president’s efforts to challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election have failed legally, and election security officials appointed or appointed by Trump have declared the 2020 election the “safest (in terms of tampering) in history”.

Trump claimed he authorized “thousands of ‘troops’ to be deployed to ensure that there was peace and security in the Capitol and throughout Washington on Jan. 6 because I knew, just by instinct and what I was hearing, that the crowd who would come to hear my speech, and several others, would be very large, much larger than anyone thought.” “As it turns out, it was indeed one of the largest crowds that I had ever spoken of, a very long stretch extending to the Washington Monument,” he continued.

“The enormity of this crowd, and its significance, was never a topic of your committee, nor has it been discussed by the Fake News Media who absolutely refuse to acknowledge, in any way, shape, or form, the magnitude of what was taking place.” he still stressed.

The commission has been looking into the events for more than a year and has interviewed more than 1,000 witnesses as part of its investigation.

He has so far held nine public hearings to demonstrate that Trump’s efforts to overturn his 2020 presidential election are effectively coup d’état.
