Anton Gerachenko, a government adviser and former minister, said people were crying when they returned to the store for the first time to do their shopping.
However, the problems in Kherson are still many and significant. Many buildings and residences have been destroyed due to the bombings, while problems arise in electricity and water supply at a time when winter has already arrived and the first snows have fallen.
