Trump Corp. fined $1.6 million and Trump Payroll Corp for tax fraud and concealment.
A New York judge today fined the Trump Organization $1.6 million for tax fraud and evasion — the highest penalty for such crimes in the state.
In December 2022, a Manhattan jury convicted two Trump Organization companies – Trump Corp. and Trump Payroll Corp – which were found – among others – to have concealed information and failed to report income tax for their top executives.

However, Donald Trump and his family were not charged in this particular case, which is not related to the others still under investigation.
