A woman who died in 2006 and whom Pele never acknowledged as his daughter was included in the Brazilian’s will
When Pele had an affair with his house cleaner in 1964, he probably didn’t expect that nine months later a girl, Sandra Regina, would be born. And indeed, the Brazilian legend never recognized the woman as his daughter, even though a DNA test was carried out that proved she was his child.
Sandra she passed away in 2006 after a battle with cancer, not knowing that 16 years later, when her father died too, he would include her in his will – essentially accepting that she was his blood!
In fact, one day before the Brazilian legend passed away, his grandchildren, Sandra’s two sons, who are expected to inherit their mother’s part, visited him in the hospital.
She might be turning for joy in her grave.
