Four dead from Russian bombings in Kherson and Kharkiv

Russian bombing yesterday Sunday in Kherson, in southern Ukraine, killed three people and injured six others, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said, while a missile strike at Kharkiv, east, resulted in the elderly woman losing her life, the regional governor announced.

“As a result of the impact of a Russian missile on a residential building in the center of Kharkiv, the 4th floor and partially the 3rd floor of the building were completely destroyed. Fifteen residents of this building were evacuated immediately after the explosion. Three injured people were given the necessary medical assistance. Rescuers searched for a dead woman in the rubble for three hours. The injuries he received were incompatible with life.

State emergency officials are now examining neighboring homes, which may also have been damaged. Work to clean up the aftermath continues.

In the near future, the condition of the building will be examined and a decision will be made regarding the possibility of its restoration or permanent demolition. All victims will be provided with temporary housing if necessary.”
