Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has welcomed new military aid announced by the European Union and the United States of America to his country to counter the invasion of Russia’s military as the war enters its second year.
“Expedited deliveries and production of munitions are foreseen,” Mr Zelensky assured in his daily taped address last night. This is a “strategic step”, he added.
