At least three members of the royal guard fainted yesterday, Saturday June 10, due to the high temperatures prevailing in Great Britain.

According to Reuters, the incident occurred on Saturday during the final “Trooping the Color” rehearsal for King Charles’ birthday parade, where soldiers fainted and lay on the ground while their colleagues continued to they play marches.

The Prince of Wales William with his message on twitter hastened to thank the soldiers, recognizing the particularly difficult conditions they faced during the performance of their duties.

“A big thank you to every soldier who took part in the Colonel’s Review this morning in the heat. Difficult conditions, but you all did a great job. Thank you. W”, he wrote characteristically.
