Marvel Studios is facing a new scandal, and by extension its parent company Disney…

The star of the film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, the Mexican Tenoc Huerta, accused of sexual assault by the Mexican saxophonist Maria Elena Rios.

In a series of social media posts, Rios says the actor who played Namor in the Black Panther sequel is a “sexual predator” (serial abuser) who is protected by the anti-racism group Poder Prieto.

On the occasion of the publication of a Podcast episode, the release of which she had not consented to as she had not been paid for her participation, the 31-year-old revealed that she had a dispute with Huerta’s managers. When they challenged the version of the musician and activist she said they were just protecting Huerta.

The musician believes more evidence will soon come to light as more Huerta victims break their silence.

At the moment there has been no known reaction from Huerta.

It is noted that at the end of March, the talented (EMMY nominated) American actor was arrested in Manhattan Jonathan Majors for the attack and abuse of his partner, a case which is being investigated by the American authorities.

Majors plays Kang the Conqueror, the new big “bad” of the franchise after Thanos, which causes serious problems for Marvel. Majors had “stole impressions” in both the Marvel Loki films and series, the Lovecraft Country series and the third Creed sequel.
