Everything would be so sudden that they would never know there was a problem or what happened to them, the scientist said
Instantaneous appears to have been the death of the five passengers of the Titan after the catastrophic decompression that occurred shortly before they reached the wreck of the Titanic.
The deaths of all five must have been quick and painless, as they would have died instantly from the extraordinary pressures exerted at such depths, former director of underwater medicine in the US Navy, Dale Moll, told the Daily Mail.
“Everything would be so sudden that they would never know there was a problem or what happened to them. It’s like you’re here one moment and the next it’s all gone. You are alive one millisecond and dead the next,” explained the American scientist.
According to him the version of them being trapped on Titan at such depths would be a much worse alternative: “You can’t imagine what it would be like. It’s cold and you know you’re running out of oxygen.”
“Since we can’t get them back, then this is the best case scenario,” concluded the American doctor.
Shocking video
At the same time, the video posted on TikTok is chilling and tries to explain what happened to the submarine when it suffered the catastrophic decompression (break-in).
According to the creators of the “explosion” video, the air in the spacecraft would reach the temperatures prevailing on the surface of the Sun, while Titan’s shell would become debris in just 30 milliseconds.
@taureannesmith Sad realization praying for the families of those who were involved. Its no laughing matter this post is for awareness we are all God’s people ❤️ #lostsubmarine #submarine #titanic #titanicsubmarinemissing #prayer ♬ original sound – Creapetivity
