667 arrests were made across France, while 249 police and gendarmes were injured
The riots that broke out for a third night in Paris and other cities due to the murder of 17-year-old Nael by a police officer were condemned in the morning by the Prime Minister of France Elizabeth Bourne.
“The actions taken are unacceptable and unforgivable,” said Born characteristically, while she was in Matignon with the relevant ministers to take stock of the violence.
“Renewed my support and confidence in the police, rangers and firefighters who bravely carry out their duty,” he tweeted.
They took place 667 arrests across France, while 249 police and gendarmes were injured. It remains unclear how many civilians have been injured.
Ce matin à Matignon avec les ministres pour faire le point sur les violences et exactions de la nuit. Les actes commis sont insupportables et inexcusables.
