Police on the island of Hokkaido announced today (25/7) that they yesterday arrested Runa Tamura, 29, and her father Osamu Tamura, a 59-year-old psychiatrist, on suspicion of conspiring to behead the victim in a hotel room and transport his severed head overnight between July 1 and 2. The victim has been identified as 62-year-old Hitoshi Ura.
