Moscow is open to equal defense cooperation with all nations seeking to protect their interests, Russian president says Vladimir Putin in his telemessage to the participants of the Army-2023 forum.

“Russia is open to deepening equal technological partnership and defense cooperation with other countries, i.e. with all those seek to protect their national interests and their independent development path, and believe that it is vital to make joint efforts to build a system of equality. and indivisible security that would reliably protect every country,” Putin was quoted as saying by TASS.

Putin expressed confidence that foreign delegations participating in the Army-2023 forum will have a very interesting and busy schedule. He pointed out that 1,500 Russian companies presented more than 28,500 military products at Patriot Park outside Moscow.

The Russian president also noted that the business program of the forum, which will include 250 events, was dedicated to ways to diversify the defense industry and develop artificial intelligence technologies. “Russia has a lot to offer in these promising areas. The market for our products, which include artificial intelligence technologies, continues to grow every year. We are also glad to see an increasing number of foreign defense companies participating in the forum. Last year, 32 companies presented their products here again this year, the number is 82,” Putin clarified.

He stressed that Russia is determined to actively work on existing cooperation ties and also to create new relationships based on its many years of successful experience in mutually beneficial partnerships.

The International Military-Technical Forum Army-2023 is being held at the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center, Alabino firing range and Kubinka airfield on August 14-20. About 1,500 leading Russian defense enterprises will take part in the exhibition and business program of the forum.
