In a new development, police announced today that they have charged three people with the murder of ten-year-old Pakistani Sarah Sharif. Among these persons is the father of the girl.

Her father Urfan Sharif, 41, his partner Beinas Batul, 29, and the girl’s uncle Faisal Malik, 28, they had all left for Pakistan the day before the body was found.
The three returned to Britain yesterday and were arrested at London Gatwick Airport after disembarking from a flight from Dubai.
Surrey Police announced that all three were charged with manslaughter and causing or failing to prevent the death of a child. All three are expected to appear in Guilford court later today.
“Sarah’s mother has been informed of this latest development and is being supported by police experts,” the House said in a statement.
