Global interest continues in the mummified corpses of alleged “extraterrestrials” found in Peru and presented to the Mexican Congress, sparking conspiracy theories and concern in the scientific community.

Mexican doctors carried out a series of laboratory studies on the 2 bodies, even subjecting them to CT scans.

The main conclusion that emerges is that the admittedly strange relics are authentic, that is, they are not the product of a hoax.

According to Dr Jose de Jesus Zalce Benitez, director of the Health Sciences Research Institute, the studies showed that the two skeletons were “unitary” – that is, they were assembled with limbs from other remains.

Furthermore, no evidence of tampering was found on the skulls, which could have given them this “alien” shape.

According to the researchers, large lumps – possibly eggs – were found inside the body of one mummified creature, suggesting it was pregnant.

“The latest studies show that Clara was alive, intact and pregnant,” Dr Jose Zalce Benitez’s colleagues said.

Each mummy has two legs and two arms, with three fingers on each hand while their skeletons are made of strong but light bones.

Their folding necks and long skulls show “typical avian characteristics” while it was found that none he had no teeth.

Finally, according to the researchers, cadmium and osmium metal implants were found inside the bodies – osmium is one of the rarest elements in the Earth’s crust and is considered the rarest precious metal.

Dr Benitez: Their DNA is not related to anything earthly

“Based on DNA tests, compared to more than a million species, it appears that the mummies are not related to anything known to date by science or by human knowledge,” Mexican scientist Dr Benitez told reporters.

However, most in the scientific community are not convinced by the findings and strongly question the results of the studies.

Julieta Fierro, a scientist at Mexico’s National Autonomous University (UNAM) Astronomy Institute who examined the samples, said they were related to brain and skin tissue from mummies that died at different times.

According to her own analysis, tests on the mummies “show nothing mysterious that could indicate compounds of life that do not exist on Earth.”
