Passengers have described one “hard landing” with the second attempt, due to the extremely bad weather conditions prevailing in the north of Britain which is affected by Storm Babette.
The airport is under an orange weather warning area for heavy and continuous rain.
Storm Babette has claimed two lives in eastern Scotland, where a rare red warning is in place.
