“What is extremely important is trauma kits, surgical kits”said Leo Kans, head of mission for Doctors Without Borders in Jerusalem.
The doctors “they performed surgeries without the correct dose of sedativeswithout the correct dose of morphine,” Kanz told CNN.
“Right now we have people having surgery without morphine. It just happened to two guys. We have a lot of guys who are unfortunately among the injured and I was talking to one of our surgeons, who received a 10-year-old yesterday, burned on 60% of the body surface and we had no painkillers. There is absolutely no justification for preventing these essential medicines from reaching the population.” Kans added.
