Another tragedy unfolded today in Gaza. The family was destroyed Al Jazeera correspondent from today’s Israeli bombardment which, according to the Ministry of Health of the Palestinian enclave, claimed the lives of at least 25 people, the Arabic-language television network broadcast this evening.

The 53-year-old Wael al-Dahdu lost his wife and two children (a boy and a girl) from the bombing of the Nuseirat camp (center). Al Jazeera broadcast video of the moment the veteran journalist he faces the lifeless bodies of his wife and children, while bystanders try to give him courage.

Wael al-Dahdu’s family had fled their home in the northern part of the Gaza Strip, following Israel’s instructions. He temporarily sought refuge further south, in the Nuseirat camp, where death now lingered.
