Army armored vehicles patrol along with nearly the entire Maine police force around the city of Lewistonwhere last night a 40-year-old US Army Reservist, killed at least 22 people in cold blood, in three different parts of the city.
The offender, Robert Card, is still on the run and a massive manhunt has been launched to locate him while schools remain closed and residents have been instructed to stay off the streets.

According to new police information released by the US media, the 40-year-old killer – who was also a certified firearms instructor had psychological problems.
He had stated that “he heard voices” while he had been hospitalized a few months ago in psychiatric clinic for two weeks.
Officials also said that Card had recently threatened to attack a National Guard base in Saco, Maine.
