Among the hostages released yesterday was a 4-year-old girl with American citizenship, whose first name is Abigail. The child was orphaned in the October 7 attack by Hamas on Israel. He turned 4 while being held by Hamas.
Hamas murdered her parents in front of her eyes and when she ran to the neighbors to save herself she fell into their hands. Fifty days later, 4-year-old Avigail Idan was released and returned to Israel.
The nightmare that the little girl has lived since October 7, when Hamas launched an attack on Israeli territory, is shocking, with US President Joe Biden stressing that “what she went through is unimaginable.”
“She has suffered horrific mental trauma,” said the American president, according to which the little girl saw her parents killed in front of her eyes.

She spent 51 days in Gaza without any family and in that time, turned 4.
