US and British forces have launched new strikes against Houthi rebels in Yemen
The strikes against the Houthis, carried out by the United States and the United Kingdom in Yemen, they will not go “unpunished”the Yemeni rebels threatened with their announcement today, stating that 18 raids were carried out during the night against their positions.
“These attacks will not go unanswered and unpunished”Houthi military spokesman Yahya Shari said in a post on the social networking site X, clarifying that strikes were carried out against the provinces of Sana’a, Hodeidah, Taez and Al-Bayda.
Meanwhile, in London, the British Foreign Secretary David Cameron warned today, following fresh bombings by London and Washington against Yemeni rebels, that the UK would continue to “reduce the ability” of the Houthis to carry out attacks in the Red Sea.
“What we have done again is to send the clearest message that we will continue to reduce (the Houthis’) ability to carry out attacks,” said the minister. “Our words and warnings are followed by action,” Cameron also stressed.
