Blinken: We will discuss Hamas’ response with Israeli officials tomorrow

For his part, the US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken reported that Washington reviews Hamas’s response in a framework for an agreement that provides for the release of hostages from Hamas in exchange for an extended cessation of fighting in Gaza and the release of Palestinian prisoners.

Blinken told a news conference from Qatar, where he is on his latest Middle East tour, that he would discuss Hamas’ response with Israeli officials during his visit to Israel tomorrow.
