Iraqi Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein stressed during his telephone conversation on Tuesday with his US counterpart Anthony Blinken that Baghdad and Washington must return to dialogue at the negotiating table on the future of the US-led international anti-jihad coalition in 2014, says a press release released by his services.
