Understandably, the female students are furious after this particular revelation
A big scandal shakes Kazakhstan and not without reason… A university accidentally leaked information about its female students who are virgins!
Very personal and confidential medical information, concerning hundreds of women, has been published on social media, as the “Daily Mail” writes.
It remains unclear why doctors working with the Al-Farabi National University of Kazakhstan in Almaty collected information about the virginity status of his female students, aged 17 to 21 years.
However, the “blunder” happened and the data – with names, ages, phone numbers – was widely leaked in discussions on the famous university’s social media. It appears that the students underwent personal gynecological exams at the university’s medical center and it was the results of these that were leaked.

“The leakage of personal data, especially of a medical nature, is a violation”admitted Sayasat Nurbek, a minister in Kazakhstan, who was forced to intervene after the uproar. “I took control of this matter because there is a direct violation here. Those responsible will face punishment according to our current legislation”.
The international media reports that details of at least 190 female students have been leaked, which are pristine, and accessed by their professors and other students. “The leaked data includes the results of a gynecological exam, noting whether the patient was a virgin”reports say.
Understandably, the female students are furious after this particular revelation.
