The Russian president, when asked by a journalist to comment on the characterization against him, was content to say that the comment was “rude”.

As Mr. Peskov underlined, “this is a poor attempt by the American president to appear as a Hollywood cowboy”.

Joe Biden has previously called Vladimir Putin a “murderer”, “war criminal” and “butcher” while, shortly after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the president of the United States emphasized that the Russian president “cannot stay in power ».

At the same time, as the United States enters election orbit, Biden’s verbal attacks against Putin are increasing. Just a few days ago, the American president blamed Vladimir Putin and his “killers” for the unexplained death of Alexei Navalny.

“I don’t know exactly what happened to Navalny, but there is no doubt that his death was a consequence (of the actions) of Putin and his killers,” he pointed out.

The Kremlin has denied any involvement in Navalny’s death and says Western claims that the Russian president is responsible are “baseless”.

Vladimir Putin’s latest response to Joe Biden it comes after the Russian president flew one of Russia’s newest strategic bombers capable of carrying nuclear warheads – a reminder to the West of Moscow’s nuclear capabilities.
