Flash floods killed more than 200 people in the province alone Baglanin northern Afghanistan, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) announced today.
“More than 100 people lost their lives in the district Bagalan Jadid” and “100 people were killed” in Burka district due to flash floods that occurred yesterday Friday and destroyed more than 2,000 houses in these two areas, an IOM official said.
