Amid growing concern over the humanitarian crisis already affecting Palestinian residents of Gaza, protesters from the Tzav 9 movement vandalized several aid trucks heading to the Palestinian enclave at the Tarqumiya checkpoint near Hebron in the southern West Bank, according to Israeli medias.

Footage from the scene shows protesters blocking trucks as the siren sounded to observe a minute’s silence on Remembrance Day. The protesters then climbed into the trucks and began throwing the supplies onto the road.

“It is incomprehensible to the mind and heart that precisely on Memorial Day, the Israeli government opens a supply route from the Palestinian Authority in Hebron to the Hamas terrorists in Gaza,” the Regavim movement said on Monday. “We will not be the silver platter on which the Gaza Strip was given for the establishment of the Palestinian state!”
