Russian forces have entered Kharkov, the second largest city of Kiev broadcasts the BBC citing local Ukrainian officials.
THE head of the Kharkiv regional administration, Oleg Shinegubovstated that light military vehicles “entered the city”.

Shinebubov called on civilians to stay in safe places, as Russian troops appear to be in the city center.
“Do not leave the shelters! The Armed Forces of Ukraine exterminate the enemy. “Citizens are urged not to take to the streets,” he said.
