The French police announced that security operations were continuing at the airport as a bomb alert was confirmed.

“For security reasons, the terminal had to be evacuated and is currently closed,” EuroAirport Basel-Freiburg International Airport announced on its website.
At this stage there are no aircraft take offs or landings.
Several French airports, including EuroAirport, had to be evacuated late last year due to a series of false bomb threats.
