France’s “far-left movement” was today blamed by Marine Le Pen for the chaos caused by last night’s mass attack-sabotage on the TGV high-speed train network, 24 hours before the start of the Olympic Games in Paris.
“Hundreds of thousands of French people preparing to go on holiday have been stranded at train stations following a series of attacks and disasters on SNCF networks. For too many years, violence and sabotage against public property (as in La Rochelle last week) have become common methods of operation for the far-left movement. It is up to the investigators to find the guilty, but it is urgent for the state to put an end to this leniency that encourages impunity,” the far-right politician wrote in her post.
