Earlier o head of the Russian delegationVladimir Medinsky himself had estimated that the humanitarian corridors would start operating tomorrow, Tuesday.
At the same time he stated that he hopes that there will be progress in fourth round of talks which as he said will be held in the coming days.
Earlier today, it was completed in Belarus the third round of negotiations.
The Ukrainian negotiator Michael Pontoliak said the talks did not “significantly improved the situation“.

Ukraine condemned the fact that some corridors allowed Ukrainians to enter only Russia and Belarus.
Pontoliak also said the two sides would continue talks on a ceasefire.
The third round of negotiations has ended. There are small positive subductions in improving the logistics of humanitarian corridors … Intensive consultations have continued on the basic political block of the regulations, along with a ceasefire and security guarantees. pic.twitter.com/s4kEwTNRhI
