United States CENTCOM chief General Michael Kurila arrived in Israel on Saturday to meet with Israeli military officials, amid preparations by the IDF to retaliate against Iran’s ballistic missile attack.

Earlier the Israeli military said it was planning a response to Iran’s ballistic missile attack on Tuesday night and warned on Saturday that it would be “severe and significant” and that it was devoting much of its time to planning it.

Israel’s defense forces said Iran’s attack with about 200 ballistic missiles at the country would “have consequences”.

In particular, according to reports in the Israeli press, the IDF clarified that the fight is currently being fought on seven different fronts, as alongside the ongoing fighting in Gaza and the West Bank, Israeli soldiers and forces are involved in operations in Lebanon, Iran and its proxies in Yemen, Syria and Iraq.
