Hezbollah launched a drone strike in the Binyamina area in northern Israel, south of Haifa on Sunday night, injuring dozens of people – 67 according to the latest count.

According to reports, Hezbollah launched three drones towards northern Israel. Both were intercepted. One, however, managed to break through the Israeli defenses and hit its target.

Hezbollah is warning Israeli residents living near military bases in northern Israel to evacuate until further notice. Hezbollah claimed in a statement the attack on a Golani Brigade camp in the northern Israeli town of Binyamina with several drones.

Three UAVs were launched towards Israel, but one of the UAVs penetrated deep into Israel, and crashed in the Binyamina area. No alarms were triggered.

The MDA reported that 4 people are in critical condition and five were seriously injured.

A helicopter arrived at the scene to evacuate the injured.

Three of the injured were taken by helicopter to Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer and two others were taken to Rambam Medical Center in Haifa.

Four persons who sustained minor injuries were taken to Emek Medical Center in Afula.

In addition, 28 injured were taken to various hospitals by ambulance.
