Two dead in the bombing of a building near Kharkov, according to Ukrainian authorities.

At least 27 civilians have been killed in the past 24 hours in attacks by Russian forces in the wider region, local police officer Serhiy Bolvinov said earlier.
A factory and a structure for hosting war veterans were targeted in a Russian airstrike in Zhytomyr, northwestern Ukraine, the city mayor said in a video message.
“Ordinary residents of the city have lived in this structure for 20 years. “They were mostly retirees, veterans of the Soviet army,” said Serhiy Sukhomlin, who said he did not know if there were any casualties in the bombing.
As for the factory that was hit, he stated that he supplied 70% of mineral wool to Ukraine. One person was injured in the airstrike, according to him.
