THE King Charles III will visit the Vatican in early April where he will meet the Pope Francis For the first time since his ascension to the British throne in 2022, as announced Thursday by Buckingham Palace. The 76 -year -old monarch will be accompanied by his wife, Queen Camilla.

The royal couple in Britain will attend events for the Holy Year of Catholics, the Jubilee, which is celebrated every 25 years.
