At least 25 people were killed today by a 500 -meter passenger bus dropped, a fall after the bus collided with a small truck, the Attorney General’s office announced in Bolivia.

The incident in southern Bolivia is the second multi -day traffic accident since a two -bus collision resulted in the deaths of 37 people in the same area of ​​the Potosi.

The temporary report by today’s frontal conflict is “25 people dead and 26 injured,” the prosecution said in a statement.

The accident occurred on the road between Oruro and Potos.

Authorities estimate that the driver of the small truck caused the accident by changing the lane and leading to upside down.

According to police, the bus had departed from Oruro, where the city carnival took place last weekend, one of the largest in Latin America with tens of thousands of participants each year.

All dead are passengers on the bus that fell on the cliff, police added.
