Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski said Ukraine would never legally recognize the possession of Crimea from Russia, stressing that such an action would be unconstitutional.

It is noted that the Bloomberg agency reported that the US is ready to recognize the Russian occupation in Crimea in the context of a peace deal between Moscow and Kiev.

At the same time, Zelenski noted that Ukraine would be ready to start talks with Russia in any form as soon as a ceasefire is implemented, but warned that it would be impossible to quickly agree all the terms of a peacekeeping agreement.

The Ukrainian leader also said in a press conference in Kiev that the Ukrainian delegation, which will meet with senior Western officials in London on Wednesday, will be instructed to discuss a complete or partial ceasefire.

The Ukrainian president, repeating the charges he has addressed to Beijing, said Chinese citizens are working in a drone production facility in Russia.

Last week, Zelenski had stated that China was supplying Russia with weapons and gunpowder, for the first time, openly accusing the world’s second largest economy of immediate military aid to Moscow. China has denied the accusations.
