The Israeli army issued a evacuation warning of a building and the wider area in the southern suburbs of Beirut, in the face of air strikes against Hezbollah in the Lebanese capital.

In a post on the X platform, IDF spokesman Avihai Andrai published a map with the location of the building.

To all those in the building marked red on the map, as well as in neighboring buildings: you are close to facilities belonging to Hezbollah, the IDF spokesman said.

The announcement calls on citizens to remove at least 300 meters from the building for their own safety.

This is just the second time that the Israeli army has been warning before being hit in Beirut since the start of the truce with Lebanon.
