The Russian Armed Forces shot down 23 Ukrainian drones heading to Moscow overnight, according to the mayor of the Russian capital, and noted that the main airports of which had to be temporarily suspended.

Emergency treatment services sent teams where they fell debris of unmanned aerial vehicles, Sergei Sabianin said via Telegram.

It is customary during Moscow air strikes, the main airports of the Russian capital – Seremetieva, Damadydava, Vnukava – temporarily suspended their operation, according to the Russian Civil Aviation Aviation Service Rosaviatsia.

There was later lifting of the restrictions on Damadyena, according to the same source.

Yesterday, 27 Ukrainian drones were shot down in the capital, according to Mr Sabianin.

Russia and Ukraine are almost launching Every night air raids one against the other.

The attacks by Ukrainian drones are recorded on the background of European diplomatic efforts, with the support of the US, with the aim of securing a ceasefire from Moscow, which invaded Ukraine in February 2022.

Telephone conference by US President Donald Trump and Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Monday did not bring a ceasefire.
