A new major Russian attack with drones and rockets occurred at night. Specifically, Russia attacked Sunday night to Monday with a record number of 479 drones in UkraineThe Ukrainian Air Force announced today.
Ukraine’s anti -aircraft defense broke 460 drones and 19 of the 20 missiles launched by Russia, the Air Force added in its statement.
On June 1, Ukraine had targeted 472 drones, a record number until then.

At the same time, the Ukrainian army noted that during the night it hit two aircraft at Russia’s Savaslefka Military Air Base.
“According to preliminary information, two enemy aircraft (probably one MIG-31 and one Su-30/34) were affected,” he said in a Telegram post.
These new attacks occur at a time when Kiev and Moscow are expected to exchange captives and bodies of soldiers killed on the battlefield.
Initially this exchange was planned to take place at the weekend, but it will eventually take place this week, according to military intelligence chief Kirilo Budanov.
