One man was killed Wednesday at an Israeli air raid in South Lebanon, who targeted a parked vehicle in a village, the Lebanese Ministry of Health announced and reported the National News Agency.
According to a ministry’s press release, “Israeli enemy drone was hit by the village of Bayy Lif, in the Bid Jabili region, killing a man and injuring (others) three.”
According to Ani news agency, the target was a vehicle parked in the house yard.
“Earlier in the day, the Israeli armed forces hit and eliminate a terrorist of Hezbolla’s ‘Al Raduan’ power in the Bayy Lif area in South Lebanon,” the Israeli army confirmed.
Israel continues to launch almost daily bombings in Lebanon, although it is typically implemented by a ceasefire agreement that has put an end to one year of hostilities, including two months of open war, with Hezbolla.
On the basis of the terms of the ceasefire agreement, the military infrastructure of the Shiite movement is projected to dissolve in the southern Lebanon and its fighters will be withdrawn north of the river Litani, 30 kilometers from the border.
For his part, the Israeli armed forces are projected to withdraw – however, continue to hold five points of “strategic” importance in Lebanese territory.
