At least 11 people have lost their lives and many are still missing after the devastating flooding that hit the Antonio of Texasdue to heavy thunderstorms on Wednesday and Thursday.

San Antonio’s Fire Service said investigations by at least 4 missing were being continued, and noted that the death toll may increase, as rescue and retrieval operations would take days.
According to local authorities, more than 70 rescues from the water have already been carried out, and at least four people were taken to hospitals with slight injuries.
