At a time when “fascinated” by unknown flying objects (UFOs) and government conspiracies, a former NASA official disputes the arrival of aliens on Earth, even arguing that the US government is using UFOs as a cover.

Joseph Gutheinz, a retired senior expert agent of the NASA Inspector General and current lawyer, speaking to Fox News Digital, said it was time to apply science to public dialogue, not speculation.

He also said that there are moons such as Europe, Ganymidis, Titan and Triton which are possible places for primitive life in our solar system.
