Actor Michael Manchen, known for his roles in Quentin Tarantino’s films “Reservoir Dogs” and “Kill Bill”, died today of a heart attack at the age of 67, his representatives said.

“Michael Manchen was one of Hollywood’s most iconic actresses, who will miss many,” Susan Feris and Ron Smith’s representatives wrote in a joint announcement with actor Liz Rodriguez spokesman.

The actor was found dead this morning at his home in Malibu, they confirmed.

In more than 40 years of career, the actor appeared in more than 300 productions.

His most important roles remain that of “Mr. Blonde”, a psychopathic criminal who rejoices when he is tormenting a police officer in the film “Reservoir Dogs” (1992), and “Budd”, the little brother of evil in the film “Kill Bill” (2003 and 2004).

Quentin Tarantino greatly appreciated him and also gave him roles in his western “Hate Eight” (2015) and his nostalgic fairy tale “Once in Hollywood” (2019).

He also appeared in the films “Donny Brasko” (1997), “Thelma and Louise” (1991), “Sinful City” (2005) and James Bond: “Died Another Day” (2002).

Michael Manchen was born in Chicago in 1957, to a firefighter and a mother director. He had a sister, Virginia Manchen, also actor.

During his career, he also lent his voice to several video games, of which “Grand Theft Auto III”. At the same time, he published several poetry collections.

He got married three times, had six children, one of whom committed suicide in 2022.
