His funeral will be held tomorrow, Sunday, at the Imam Turki Bin Abdullah mosque in Riyadh.
Prince al-Welln bin Haled bin Talal suffered severe brain injuries and internal bleeding In a traffic accident in London in 2005, when he was 16 years old.
The prince was in a coma since then, and was also attended by doctors from America and Spain.
For two decades he was in mechanical support at the King Abdulaziz Medical Center in Riyadh, with his family hoping for so many years in a miracle that never happened.
During these years there have been reports of minor movements of the prince, such as the movement of finger or headbut there was no indication of complete consciousness.
His father has rejected medical tips for stopping life support, stating: “If God wanted my son to die in the accident, he would have already died.”
