They condemn the heinous and anti -Semitic terrorist attack of 7 October 2023.

They require immediate truce, immediate and unconditional release of all hostages that Hamas holds (including corpses) and unhindered access to providing humanitarian aid.

They reaffirm their unmistakable commitment to the vision of the solution of the two states, where two democratic states, Israel and Palestine, will live side by side peacefully and safely, within recognized and secure borders, in accordance with international law and relevant UN resolutions.

They emphasize the importance of integrating the Gaza Strip with the West Bank under the Palestinian Authority.

They are deeply concerned about the high number of victims of civilians and the humanitarian situation in Gaza, and we emphasize the crucial role of the UN and its organizations in facilitating humanitarian aid.

They welcome the commitments made by the Palestinian Authority President on June 10 with which:

  • Condemns the terrorist attacks of October 7th.
  • He calls for the release of hostages and Hamas’s disarmament.
  • Is committed to terminating the system of money allowances to prisoners.
  • Is committed to a reform of education.
  • Is committed to calling elections within one year to renew the political generation.
  • It accepts the beginning of a demilitarized Palestinian state.

In view of the leaders’ summit on the sidelines of the 80th UN General Assembly in September 2025:

They declare that they have already recognized, expressed intentional or examining the recognition of the Palestinian state as an essential step in implementing the solution of the two states, and call all states that have not done it to respond.

They are urging countries that have not yet established normal relations with Israel to do so and express their willingness to start a dialogue on Israel’s regional integration.

They express their determination to work on the architecture of the “next day” in Gaza, which guarantees:

  • The rebuilding of the gauze,
  • Hamas’s disarmament,
  • The exclusion of Hamas from the governance of Palestine.
