Countries signing the statement welcomes information about US President Donald Trump’s discussions with European officials to provide security guarantees in Ukraine, stressing that “there should be no restrictions on Ukraine’s armed forces or in its cooperation with other countries”.

Leaders have pledged to continue providing weapons to Ukraine and strengthening Europe’s defense, while warning that they will continue to strengthen sanctions and financial measures “as Russia continues to kill”.
