A video coming to light for the first time is recorded at the time of Israeli soldier Nimrod Cohen from Hamas on October 7, 2023.

The material was recovered by the Israeli army during land operations in Gaza. During the war, the IDFs, when they were lifting videos or other hostages, presented them to families, who often decided to make them public.

The family of Israeli soldier Nimrod Cohen, who is held hostage, approved the video on Monday.

The family had previously complained that the army was delaying the publication of the material and claims that IDFs were still keeping more videos on Cohen.

The video can see Cohen coming out of a battle chariot with the violence of Hamas armed and heading to the Gaza Strip. A voice in the video assures him that he will return to Israel.

Cohen was the only survivor of the four soldiers on the battlefield when he was attacked with rockets and explosives from Hamas on the border on October 7th.

In previous material that had been broadcast, the chariot wrapped in flames and tobacco, while Palestinians in political clothing stood around him and the soldiers were dragged outside the Hamas armed people.
