US President Donald Trump, announced on Saturday that he appointed his former lawyer, Lindsay Haliganin its place Federal prosecutor for the eastern district of Virginiaa few hours after pressure on his prosecutor for a more aggressive attitude towards his political opponents. Haligan has previously been a model, has participated and has been distinguished in beauty and has worked as a presenter.

Before announcing her appointment, Mary Clirr, a legal adviser to the Ministry of Justice, who had claimed that former President Joe Biden’s government had targeted her because of her conservative beliefs, had informed her colleagues by email, which somehow arrived at Reutersthat she was unexpectedly asked to take the position.

According to two sources with knowledge of the matter, Trump government officials had told Sibert that the president was frustrated because his office had not yet been prosecuted for bank fraud in Letisia James. His office was also investigating a case aimed at Comey, who, like the New York Public Prosecutor, is a political opponent of Trump.

In these two investigations, Sibert had previously told officials that he did not consider the evidence of the charges, the sources said in Reuters.

Haligan was among the lawyers who represented President Trump in civil affairs after raising his home in Mar-A-Lago to search for secret documents.
