US President Donald Trump contacted Brazilian counterpart Louis Inasio Lula da Silva on Monday, demanding the removal of his country’s tariff burden and the removal of sanctions against Brazilian officials.

Lula also said that he pushed Trump to lift sanctions against Brazilian officials, including revocation of visas, including Judge of the Supreme Court Alexander de Moraes and his wife.

According to Anadolu, Trump is expected to visit Malaysia as part of a wider Asian trip that includes stops in Japan and South Korea, although his participation in ASEAN has not yet been confirmed.
