THE Russia and Ukraine remain “agreed” to meet again with their representatives in Turkey for negotiationsdespite recent developments in the field, a high-ranking Turkish official said today.
“Russia and Ukraine agree to hold talks in Turkey, but it is still far from an agreement on a common text” said the official, who asked not to be named.
He confirmed that the issue of Crimea and Donbass is difficult to resolve. He did not give a timetable for the possible new meeting of the two delegations in Turkey.
